Мляко с ориз

Мляко с ориз правя по следната рецепта,която според мен е средна на гъстота,нито рядко,нито пък много гъсто.

Продукти
1литър прясно мляко
500 мл вода
1 чаена чаша ориз
10 супени лъжици захар
ванилия
канела за поръсване


Всичко се слага на котлона,ври докато ориза омекне-около половин час.След като се изключи котлона се оставя за кратко време и се разпределя по купички.Поръсва се с канела.



Ето и гъстотата след като е изстинало млякото.
